About the role

This is a versatile role which requires to prioritise and self-manage your workload, in order to maintain consistent performance under pressure with an exceptional eye for detail.

You are the right arm of the Director of Human Resoruces and responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the daily HR operations, which include but are not limited to:

• Recruitment, from sourcing & screening, to interviewing & onboarding.
• HR Administration, performance management, payroll, and day to day employee relations.
• Colleagues’ recognition and engagement.
• Internal communication, preparation of contents and social events.

About you

• Above all you love working with and getting the best out of people.

• You’ve worked in HR in a fast paced environment.

• Your organisational skills are second to none and you have excellent written and verbal English.

• Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines, you thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• With professionalism and the ability to communicate with empathy at all levels, you are a team player.

• Excellent computer knowledge is essential.
