Overview

We’re seeking an experienced digital marketer at Anchour to be a driving force behind our analytics and ing, paid advertising, SEO, and other digital marketing initiatives for our clients. You’ll develop, implement, track, and optimize campaigns and projects across multiple platforms. You’ll oversee paid campaigns on platforms such as Google, Bing, and Meta. You’ll create marketing strategies that support our clients’ overarching business goals, and measure their success over time. You’ll work together with our content and design teams to craft compelling, effective campaigns. You’ll also work with client service to educate clients on how marketing campaigns are performing, and make data-backed recommendations for future digital marketing efforts.

What You’ll Be Doing

• At a high level, develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting our clients’ products and services. You’ll enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customers.
• Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization’s business goals.
• Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display networks.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
• ing on successes and identifying areas for improvement; relaying information to internal team and clients in a simple, easy to understand manner.
• Attend client meetings, providing insights into how marketing efforts are performing, and answering client questions as they come up.
• Being proactive and always pushing to innovate, never accepting “good enough,” and doing your best to improve on what’s been done in the past.
• Communicate strategies and tactics to team members and clients in a clear, concise manner.
• Work with Project Managers to create project briefs and resource time required for upcoming projects.
• Share project plans with internal team members, collaborating on new ideas and casting vision for specific projects.
• Audit clients’ email and landing pages, identifying things that can be improved or put in place, and making internal + external teams aware of them.
• Monitor results of specific campaigns and automations, proactively ing on them and recommending next steps that are backed by data.
• Perform website production and updates – with an especially strong focus on Digital Marketing clients.

What We’d Like To See

• At least 4 years of digital marketing experience for an agency or a brand.
• Hands-on experience using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads as advertising platforms.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, and other common CMS platforms.

• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud as email platforms.
• Be proactive and curious. Always asking questions and thinking about how to improve things.
• Comfortable working closely with teams from other departments; Account and Project Managers, Marketing Directors and Strategists, Copywriters and Designers, Digital Marketers, etc.
• Able to use Google Analytics – Universal Analytics and GA4 – to closely track website traffic, engagement, and purchases/goal completions.
• Able to create analytical s using Google Slides or similar presentation software.
• Ability to work and thrive autonomously, not requiring tasks and requests from other people in order to find opportunities.
