We are currently looking for an Inventory Accountant to join our growing team!

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with 3 – 5 years of experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. ERP system experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain detail listings of Tooling Inventory, Dedicated Equipment and Fixed Assets and the related Depreciation and Amortization calculations.
• Manage all accounting related functions for capital and tooling projects including: project budgets, processing project invoices, tracking all project costs to budget, providing monthly budget vs. actual analysis, and highlighting potential variances.
• Assist Controller in projecting cash flow management of all capital and tooling projects.
• Review Inventory Adjustments for root cause and completeness and suggest system changes and/or associate training to eliminate unnecessary adjustments.
• Follow up on Inventory Invoice discrepancies and PPV details and update Purchase Orders, if appropriate.
• Assist Director of Purchasing with periodic updates of Inventory pricing, as needed.
• Establish and oversee a Cycle Count program.
• Distribute Inventory Hold Report and work with appropriate personnel to rework and/or dispose of Hold Inventory in a timely manner.
• Process Resale Steel payments in the system.
• Complete Monthly Reporting of Banking information. Assist in the Month End Close responsibilities for all Anchor Companies.
• Prepare Daily Scorecard metrics related to Inventory and Operations.
• Participate in annual Financial and Banking audits.
• Assist Controller and CFO with other Financial Reporting activities or Special projects, as needed.
• Answer incoming phone calls, as needed.
• All positions are cross functional; may assist in other manufacturing areas that management deems necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
