Ancestral Supplements Hiring for VP Marketing & Sales at Remote Full Time

About the Position

Ancestral Supplements is looking for a creative and strategic Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be an expert in growth marketing, branding, driving sales and consumer behavior. You will be responsible for the entire customer acquisition pipeline. Initially, you will be responsible for developing and implementing all paid media strategies, managing budgets, and optimizing our accounts for scale and efficiency. As we scale, you’ll be responsible for building and managing the paid team, unlocking new scalable channels and putting additional processes in place. This challenging role offers an exceptional work culture while going beyond the confines of a typical 9-5 work schedule

Who You Are

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vice President Marketing. You must be a strategic thinker who can also roll up your sleeves and execute. Your expertise in customer acquisition and retention, along with your ability to both coach and actively participate, will be instrumental in driving our brand’s growth. You must be a self-starter with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment. The is a remote role with quarterly onsite meetings at our HQ in Conroe, TX and the option to relocate should you wish to work at HQ.

How you will Light It Up!

• Own the entire growth marketing and customer acquisition strategy
• Double revenue and reach over 2 years while developing, managing, and maintaining KPIs
• Conceptualizing, building, deploying, and refining marketing campaigns that decrease consumer acquisition costs
• Plan, execute and manage a marketing budget across all digital channels to meet our continuously growing revenue targets
• Double our customer count and building meaningful relationships, brand equity, and community, through content strategy, storytelling, and advertising
• Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty
• Oversee all marketing activities including but not limited to social media, email campaigns, direct mail, trade shows, etc.
• Oversee all website content including but not limited to blogs, landing pages, FAQs, navigation, etc.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales volume and profitability of the marketing mix
• Oversee marketing team’s performance and develops action plans to improve the overall performance
• Utilize data driven methodology, analysis and measurement to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing channels.
• Experiment with different offers, messaging, and value driven creatives to balance scale and cost effectiveness
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales, operations, etc. to support Ancestral Supplement’s revenue goals

Exceptional Qualities

• Proven success in growing a market through market planning, market research, marketing management, marketing, and public relations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Creative/Innovative a must!
• Ability to work and think quickly, independently and remotely
• Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus, brining industry perspectives and insights
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing or related field preferred; business administration or related field preferred
• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing required
• Strong understanding of social media including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter; LinkedIn profile management; SEO; Google Analytics; Google AdWords; content creation; email campaigns; trade shows; etc.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $97,666.35 – $248,613.19 per year
