Director of Growth and Marketing
Responsibilities
Are you a self-starter with a passion for growth and marketing? Our Director of Growth and Marketing will have the exciting opportunity to work directly with our CEO, shaping and executing marketing strategies to expand our brand’s presence and drive customer engagement and sales.
Key Tasks
Content Strategy and Management
– Develop and implement content strategies that leverage existing content to drive business growth across all platforms.
– Execute all aspects of our social media and podcast presence, from paid and free content creation, promotion, planning, engagement, and growth strategies.
– Seek new strategies and opportunities for wider reach and repurposing of existing content.
Campaign Management and Execution
– Create and manage both organic and paid valuable content to attract and entice both new and existing audiences.
– Grow retargeting lists and manage ad, email, and content promotion campaigns.
– Create media for ads and craft compelling ad copy.
– Proofread all ads, landing pages, and emails.
– Work with ad platforms like FB Ads Manager and Google Ads to execute campaigns successfully.
– Manage email campaigns, automations, list growth, and leads.
– Schedule and send marketing emails and automations.
Landing Page and Email Campaigns
– Create marketing opt-in pages from scratch, including design, proofing, backend operations, and integrations.
– Monitor performance and implement improvements. Remember to add a touch of creativity, just like adding BACON to your breakfast.
Event and Launch Promotion
– Create and manage content promoting upcoming events and launches.
– Develop and execute launch plans, including ad creation, email, and copy creation, and content strategy.
– Manage the build-out of email funnels and updating landing pages.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role preferred
– Local to the Raleigh, NC area or willing to travel for regular collaborative work.
– Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and marketing strategies.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Proficient in digital marketing tools and software.
