Job Overview

The Finance Assistant will perform activities to support the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and General Accounting functions. The Finance Assistant will participate in the development and processes of accurate reports and account management. There will also be administrative tasks required for success in this position.

Responsibilities for Finance Assistant

Ø Enter financial data into the system

Ø Update financial records

Ø Create cost analysis reports for other departments

Ø Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports

Ø Keep track of accounts payable and accounts receivable

Ø Support key Executives with critical administrative tasks

Qualifications for Finance Assistant

Ø Great knowledge of Excel and Excel functions (knowledge of Word and Powerpoint a plus)

Ø Incredible attention to detail to catch errors

Ø Top of the line math abilities

Ø Great organizational skills

Ø Good knowledge of accounting practices

Ø Amazing time management skills

Ø Ability to follow company policies

Ø Ability to work independently and on a team

Ø A team player, willing to take on multi-responsibilities

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
