• 5+ years of corporate and/or executive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
• Proven experience in a candidate generation capacity.
• Experience with online sourcing techniques
• Experience building sourcing plans for multiple client groups.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
• Demonstrated bias for action.
• CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.

NEW TEAM – Sr. Recruiter, Amazon Ads

We’re looking for a Sr. Recruiter to help us hire in Australia/Singapore/Korea (ASK Region)!

This is a brand-new recruiting team in ASK Region. You get to be part of this team’s growth from the start, and with that will play a central role in how we get set up for the future. You’ll partner closely with Recruiters and hiring managers in the Amazon Ads team to recruit top talent in the region.

Key job responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for managing, prioritizing and closing searches against a timeline and you’ll think big to recommend ideas to help deliver the highest quality results to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
• Recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to “profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation” rather than sell a role.
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer; and offer-to-accept ratios.
• Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon’s mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
• Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.

• Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results
• Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple strategic searches, projects and client relationships
• Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives
• Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets
• Experience supporting client groups across multiple locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
