We are seeking a dynamic and highly proficient Talent Acquisition Manager. The role involves leading a team to meet high volume recruitment demands for seasonal peak production, managing internal and external recruitment efforts, conducting interviews, and teaching the art of interviewing and interpersonal communication.

Objectives of this Role Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. Utilize various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking events, educational partnerships).
Lead and develop the talent acquisition team, setting performance goals and providing feedback. Proactively source candidates through online platforms, networking, and referrals.
Oversee, optimize, and train the interviewing and selection process Enhance employer branding through social media campaigns, career fairs, and employee testimonials.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular s to senior management. Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate recruitment records.
About You You have a passion for interviewing and team building, deep recruiting knowledge, supervisory experience and leadership skills.
