We are looking for a Bilingual Recruitment Assistant for a Work from Home position (WFH). The salary range is $21.63-$24.04/hour.

Job Summary

This position will act as the liaison between Human Resources and candidates. A fair amount of the position will be spent in email or phone correspondence with job candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule interviews, update multiple calendars, monitor emails
• Maintain candidate database (updating each applicant/candidate status on every req)
• Process background screenings in ADP
• Send offer letters to candidates via ADP
• Follow up with candidates during recruitment process, like shortlisting callbacks or rejection emails
• Resolve issues such as interview cancellations
• Assist successful candidates with the onboarding process, including preparing documents and coordinating orientation and E-Verify
• Provide support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, Hiring Managers, TA Manager and Recruiter
• Update Recruitment policies
• Track temp hours for conversion
• Process temp to perm conversions
• Notify HM, HR Managers, IT and Payroll of new hires
• Prepare conversion reports for TA Manager/VP of HR

• Conduct onboarding for Salaried and Remote employees
• Perform general administrative duties for Recruitment Department
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Knowledge of:

• Familiar with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
• General understanding of labor legislation and privacy laws

Skill In:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Experience with MS Office and social media platforms
• Bilingual

Ability To

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
