What does a “day in the life” of my new team look like?

You’ll work as a Lead Sourcing Specialist supporting Morgan Stanley with the recruitment of their Company Division in the UK by sourcing great candidates for live vacancies. Typically you will recruit across the Compliance, HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement and Similar areas of the business

Working alongside hiring managers and specialist recruiters you’ll be the specialist in the market offering your insight into the market, the role you are working and how they can identify the best candidates for the role you’ll be recruiting for.

• You’ll be responsible for posting adverts for live roles ensuring they are relevant and accurate to the role
• Present your sourced candidates to the recruitment team within agreed timeframes
• Ensure all candidates are on the ATS with accurate data for reporting (we use Taleo on the account)
• Keep recruiters updated on live roles when sourcing candidates for them

What do you need from me?

• Experience of sourcing candidates in the Recruitment Sector – knowledge of how to create Boolean Strings and Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience in recruiting for Legal, Compliance, Finance, HR or similar areas
• Experience working in a complex matric environment
• Experience working and developing relationships with Senior Stakeholders
