Due to the growth in digital solutions for the energy industry, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to proactively source passive candidates within the tech industry to work for Baker Hughes.

What does a “day in the life” of my new team look like?

• You will support the process of hiring talent by sourcing the best candidates in the market.
• Working in partnership with Recruiters, you will take detailed briefs to fully understand the role requirements and develop a sourcing strategy
• As the first point of contact for candidates for you’ll get to define and shape the candidate experience for those who apply and enter our process
• You will have a precise approach to candidate search, attraction, and engagement, utilising a number of different sourcing channels.
• You will develop and grow your own network of candidates, to create effective pipelines and talent pools.
• You will Manage job board advertising or Client career-site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate and positioned for maximum effectiveness
• Upon application, you will screen and qualify candidates to determine suitability. We will look to you to identify each candidates’ Unique Selling Points, and present them effectively to your hiring community

What do you need from me?

• Experience proactively sourcing candidates within the tech industry
• Able to demonstrate using different sourcing methodologies
• You will be an entrepreneurial individual with an exceptionally strong work ethic, mind-set and determination to succeed
• Strong communication skills
• Career driven – looking for somewhere you can grow and progress
• Some sales/customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
• Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven
• Driven by targets and deadlines
• Confidence on the phone and talking to all different types of people
