On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Program/Change Manager- Talent Development for a 9 month contract based remotley.

Purpose of the Role:

• To support the business in a program of change and re-development of their Talent Priorities and outcomes.

As a Program/Change Manager-Talent Development you will be responsible for:

• Enabling talent development in the Central Business area

• Able to implement (and co-create)Designing and facilitating mid-career high potential development programmes based on skills
• Partnering with business leadership teams to drive their talent priorities and make a significant shift if their talent outcomes, seen in our data.
• Support Business HR teams in regular meetings with business leaders to present strategy, actions, influence, set priorities
• Individual mid-career talent coaching & development
• Running training to support capabilities of people leaders to develop their talent or coaching them 121/ small groups
• Support the development of our talent through mentoring

What we require from the candidate:

• Program Management/ Change Management experience

• Interest in field of development – learning, Leadership, talent
• Previous talent experience advantageous
