We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Front Office Recruitment Team onsite with the Morgan Stanley EMEA account, based in Canary Wharf, London or remotely from home. You’ll partner with Hiring Managers and Recruitment Business Partners to identify the best routes to market, specialise in attracting and engaging a diverse range of candidates whilst ensuring an excellent candidate experience along the way.
What you’ll do:
You will support the process of hiring talent by sourcing the best candidates from multiple channels, engaging with candidates to solicit applications and screening applications to provide quality long-lists. The Recruitment Specialist will use innovative sources as well as their own extensive network and networking skills to identify and engage with specialist and niche candidates and will be highly credible when engaging with such candidates in order to best solicit applications.
