Title: EMEA Junior Talent Programme Specialist
Location – Camberley based with travel to London to support programme delivery in April & June.
In Junior Talent we create and deliver innovative and tailored programmes to build junior hire pipeline and talent pools. The role reports into the EMEA Junior Talent Programme Manager, then to the Head of Operations. Junior Talent work in partnership with key stakeholders to develop the strategy and to attract and develop talent across all business lines.
The role supports the Spring Insight and Summer Internship Programmes, as well as pipeline initiatives and programmes such as the Industrial Placement and Off-Cycle Internship Programmes.
Responsibilities include:
Spring Insight and Summer Internship Junior Talent programmes
Pre-programme:
Working with the EMEA Junior Talent Programme Manager and key stakeholders to improve programmes and offerings
Supporting programme project plans and co-ordinating project work streams to ensure seamless delivery
Support EMEA Junior Talent Programme Manager in design and implementation of keep-warm communication plan, working in conjunction with the Marketing team.
Co-ordinating programme sessions, events, logistics, materials, etc.
Supporting with candidate management, screening during recruitment season, contract preparation, communications, survey creation, preparation of materials and data management and reporting.
Supporting with general administration both HR and business facing.
Liaise with recruiters on sourcing business representatives for events and for buddy and mentor allocations.
Monitor offer acceptances, updating trackers, following up with candidates as required.
Partnering with events team on virtual and in-person venue options, contracts and site visits (where required).
Creating and producing programme materials (e.g. handbooks, photobooks, presentation decks etc.)
Main point of contact for candidate onboarding communications and enquiries pre-programme
Programme delivery:
Co-ordinating and sending communications throughout the programme from joining instructions through to offer process.
Provide coordination support to EMEA Junior Talent Programme Manager when delivering inductions and core soft skills based training sessions, such as employability skills (e.g. communication, presentation, team building, time management skills)
Liaise with internal teams & external vendors to manage room bookings and catering.
Support EMEA Junior Talent Programme Manager with end to end administrative support throughout programmes, and where required for programme delivery, support in-person in London.
Support EMEA Junior Talent Programme Manager in design and implementation of weekly newsletters.
Plan, arrange and communicate training schedules to business representatives and interns.
Main point of contact for intern enquiries during programmes.
Build relationships and partner with recruitment colleagues to ensure seamless programme delivery.
As required, partner with US and APAC programme teams.
Post-programme:
Conduct programme evaluation through online surveys and participant feedback to evaluate impact and quality of programmes. Assist with survey creation, communication and data analysis.
Monitor conversion offer acceptances, updating trackers, following up with candidates as required.
Main point of contact for intern enquiries post programmes.
