AMS Construction Parts Hiring for Marketing Manager Full Time

MARKETING MANAGER

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading marketing initiatives and driving business growth through a variety of channels. The Marketing Manager will help create a new path for the company focusing on strategies with social media, content development, and working closely with the sales team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that effectively reach and engage target audiences, drive lead generation, and improve brand awareness.

Essential Functions

• Developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns to reach a target audience.
• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
• Manage and maintain the brand identity across all marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and appearance.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, online advertising, and PPC campaigns.
• Create compelling, brand-aligned content for a range of channels, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and developments and adapting marketing strategies accordingly
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Communicating effectively with Leadership to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with company objectives.
• Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling marketing messaging and presentations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to measure campaign effectiveness and inform decision making
• Experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
• 5+ years of experience in marketing or related field, with a track record of successful campaign management and driving business growth
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
