About the role
Due to an internal promotion we are now seeking two full-time EA’s, each playing a pivotal role in our growth and transformation. One position providing executive support to our Group Chief Financial Officer, and the other executive support to our Executive General Manage (EGM) of People & Culture.
Based in Alexandria we embrace flexibility with a hybrid environment blending office presence with remote work. Working for a ASX listed organisation, going through transformation will bring interesting work and exposure, the breadth and scope of this role can be taken as far and wide as the successful applicant would like.

About you
You are passionate about your role as an Executive Assistant with a knack for prioritising and anticipating C-Suite Leaders requirements. You will have a drive to collaborative and actively seek out opportunities to support the broader senior leadership team or support on projects. Additionally, you will be someone enjoys using both technology and your network to streamline processes and make things happen.
