MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
1) Promote Agencies brand through recruitment initiatives and events and has the organizational task of finding the most suitable person for the job.
2) Coordinates activities including following procedures for sourcing, identify, pre-screening applicants, scheduling interviews and scheduling pre-employment assessments as needed.
3) Modifies interviewing tools as directed. Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
4) Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems.
5) Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
6) Building and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants. Identify and develop Social Platforms for recruitment.
7) Assists the Supervisory/Management staff in placing cost-effective, appropriate advertising and monitors resulting traffic. Works on problems of limited scope requiring frequent interpretation of policies and guidelines.
8) Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations. Identify staffing needs in difference areas and department.
9) Responds to questions about the organization and open positions, and answers frequently asked questions timely
10) Uses various information system tools to manage the integrated recruitment process, accurately entering data and generating reports. Maintains responsibility for all postings and applicant processes in PayCom timely
11) Identifies process and procedure improvement opportunities. Assists the Corporate Recruiter in planning and implementing improvements.
12) Assists with training on new processes and procedures. Makes decisions regarding own work within defined parameters, often limited and confined to routine matters. Manages all interview tools, including interview sample questions, scoring methods and other assets.
13) Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate base.
14) Reconciles invoices, advertisement expense and accounts.
15) Updates Provider Total Compensation Benefits Update
16) Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
1) Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience.
2) Three to five years’ experience in Human Resources or Customer Service
3) Experience with HRIS technology platforms (such as PayCom) preferred
4) Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office
5) A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
6) Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
7) Ability to maintain the confidentiality of the department’s issues
8) Ability to interact with management and staff in a professional manner
9) Ability to perform duties based on the attached performance evaluation factors
10) Demonstrate clear knowledge of Ampla Health’s clinic structure, standards, procedures, and protocols
