AMPED LLC Hiring for Developer and Digital Marketing Manager at Remote Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Create the strategy and optimize digital ad campaigns on GDN, Simpli.fi, and social media platforms by identifying objectives, building campaigns, and setting campaigns live on the platforms.
• Create dashboards in Looker Studio to automate s and KPIs for clients.
• Set up GA4 with conversion goals for clients as needed.
• Track and regularly on ROI for marketing campaigns.
• Use Zapier to connect data into monday.com for custom workflows and client facing dashboards.
• Analyze data from SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics and other platforms to strategize best practices for our clients.
• Design, create, and maintain web content to meet marketing requirements.
• Take websites and transfer from dev site to our servers.
• Develop solutions for layout and styling issues across multiple browsers and mobile devices.
• Ensure backend processes to and from the website transition smoothly including but not limited to form fills, client portals, payment processors, etc.
• Collaborate with AMPED departments to achieve clients’ goals.
• Create, facilitate, and document testing of web development, and offer on-demand web maintenance, content management, and technical support.
• Strategize with clients and internal team to achieve clients’ goals and create a plan for what’s required.
• Create and test sites to ensure they are working effectively and meet the demands of the client.
• Fixing bugs or faults in websites.
• Integrate different forms of media into a site to improve usability and enhance the look and feel of the website.
• Use designers’ wireframes to create landing pages or other webpages on various websites and CMS platforms.
• Set and execute digital marketing strategies to improve our customers’ organic rankings to grow site traffic and to implement effective PPC strategies.
• On-site optimization of on-page elements and appropriate use of redirects, identify areas of opportunity to improve internal linking structures, optimize website copy, review and validate the effective use of sitemaps for various customers on various platforms.
• Conduct keyword research to identify keyword and content gaps for clients and provide detailed recommendations to increase visibility within search engines to drive relevant traffic to a client’s website and to inform PPC campaigns.
• Analyze and compile relevant data across various ing platforms to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide performance insights on an ongoing and ad-hoc basis.
• Recommend strategies for funnel creation, lead generation, and acquisition.
• Work with a team to develop and execute site migration strategies for complex websites.
• Keep up to date on the latest digital marketing tools and techniques and communicate learnings and updates across internal teams and client stakeholders to create awareness and buy-in.
• Create and deliver competitive insights and strategies to facilitate growth for our clients.
• Provide SEO analysis and recommendations on the structure of sites and pages to improve visibility and signaling to search engines.
• Train interns, staff, or others as needed on various aspects of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing platforms, strategies, and tools.
• Interface with clients regarding SEO, digital ads, content marketing, or other topics as needed.
• Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.

Required:

• Strong client-side coding skills and experience (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/JQuery)
• In-depth knowledge of web design and maintenance
• Advanced experience with search engine functions and optimization (SEO/SEM)
• Experience with web page versioning/source control and of Content Management Systems
• Build websites using latest standards in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, PHP, XML
• Design and implement different layouts using HTML5 and CSS3.
• Provide UI design solutions to the project manager and brand manager to increase conversion rates.
• Create a customize WordPress theme using PHP, JavaScript and XHTML/CSS
• Work with technologies such as JQuery and Ajax to make the website more attractive and user friendly.
• Collaborate with marketing team regarding front-end design and development as well as UI design for web and desktop applications.
• Excel at front-end design
• Develop code to call the web service/APIs to fetch the data and populate on the UI using Angular.js 2.0 and AJAX.
• Create web application prototype using jQuery and Angular.JS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
