We currently seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our close knit TA team. You will assist with critical recruitment resourcing and searching for talent across a number of sectors including; Engineering, Technical / Trades, Marketing, IT, Finance, HSEQ and Corporate Support.

This is an initial 6 month contract opportunity where you can “choose your own adventure” – work part-time, full-time, day / night or even weekends. We are truly open to discuss flexible work options to fit in with your lifestyle.

This role will suit an inquisitive and creative resourcer with previous experience in agency or internal resourcing. You will love a challenge, be highly motivated and in return you will have the autonomy and freedom to make the role your own.

Main responsibilities include:

• Proactive/ strategic resourcing across multiple sourcing platforms;
• Researching and building talent pools across a wide range of diverse positions
• Initiating relationships with key potential talent, predominately online
• Reporting and analysis; and
• Supporting a range of Talent Acquisition team initiatives.
