About the role

The events and artist relations team help us achieve our goal of raising the profile of Amnesty and human rights in the UK and to enable more people – including artists / influencers – to use their own power so more people understand why it’s vital we fight to maintain and extend human rights in the UK and around the world.

The Talent Producer is accountable for recruiting, developing and cultivating a selection of artist and influencer relationships to support AIUK’s strategic goals. This will be a part time role which will enable you to work along-side and collaborate with other talent and events producers. The role may be for you if:

• You’re skilled in managing relationships with high profile artists and understanding how best to develop those relationships for the benefit of achieving human rights goals and engaging supporters.
• You have the ability to think creatively and are a highly skilled communicator with a track record of building strong relationships.
• You collaborate and positively contribute to an inclusive culture.
• You also have a good knowledge of arts and popular culture as well as the role these can play in engaging audiences and building a human rights community.
