The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for creating and executing a multiāfaceted
sourcing plan to generate qualified candidates for the Interim Leadership, Executive Search and
Senior Executive Search. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is an expert researcher who can find
and cultivate relationships with healthcare executives across the country. This position is
responsible for creating and ensuring a strong pipeline strategy for candidates matching client
requirements. In collaboration with the teams, this position is responsible for marketing
positions and finding topātier talent for a variety of opportunities. Additionally, this
professional is responsible for the continuous improvement of B. E. Smithās Executive Search
candidate database.
