The Director MSP Talent Strategies is responsible for managing MSP program operations and delivery of candidate talent through MSP programs. This includes creating and driving MSP pipeline growth resulting in placements as well as candidate generation for client presentation within 0-48 hours of search creation. This position will oversee and create sourcing avenues and channels to identify talent for current and future needs. Also provides leadership to MSP team recruiters. Responsible for ensuring strong service delivery relationships are in place with MSP customers. Works closely in partnership with sales team to engage and develop client relationships and share/identify opportunities when they arise.

Job Tasks:

• Responsible for all aspects of operationalizing current and new MSP accounts for Interim and Leadership Search and supporting them pre/post-implementation in a manner that exceeds client expectations.
• Provides oversight and leadership to MSP recruitment team to ensure program success and development and growth of team.
• Leads implementation from a delivery and operational perspective of all new MSPs including VMS usage, credentialing process and overall recruitment procedures.
• Oversees operational and reporting components of MSP program including business trending, metrics analysis, and sales pipeline as it pertains to candidate generation and management.
• Serve as end-to-end subject matter expert of the service as it fits within all MSP accounts, to include use/adoption of VMS technologies.
• Act as primary day-to-day liaison with MSP Program Directors/Resources (AMN and others) and visit MSP Supplier corporate locations as needed.
• Facilitate the urgency in candidate presentation within all MSPs to drive placement growth that achieves revenue and placement targets.
• Pro-actively source and recruit to grow specialty pipelines, develop and maintain relationships with pipeline and active Interim leaders.
• Ensure team compliance for regulatory, hiring, credentialing and internal processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of candidate contact information, interview documentation and appropriate AMS stages in the JobScience system.

• Establish effective communications strategies and working relationships with MSP Program Directors.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition identify marketing strategy and candidate generation activities as needed.
• Ability to meet deadlines, exhibits dependability and flexibility in working with co-workers to accomplish work in order of priority, adapts quickly to changing priorities and ability to plan and coordinate many project simultaneously.

Education, Certifications & Experience

Minimum Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Education/Certifications:

• Master’s preferred

Minimum Experience:

• Five years job-related healthcare leadership experience or equivalent.
• Active affiliation with appropriate professional healthcare networks and organizations, preferred
• Knowledge and experience in healthcare executive recruitment, candidate sourcing and networking, technology, quality, and/or process improvement.
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Proven track record in process improvement
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop team members
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a successful participant on the department management team that provides leadership and direction
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with the company executive team and senior leadership
• Excellent computer skills and technology knowledge
• Excellent organizational skills
