SUMMARY:
Full-time position with field assignments in the Georgia Region
Promoting dental education programs and recruiting candidates for the upcoming events.
Base Annual Salary of $40k – $60k BOE with a potential total earning of $200k with commissions and bonuses

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing candidates by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell programs and complete the recruitment process
• Handles inbound lead calls to convert calls into recruitment.
• Provides product demonstrations to qualified candidates on request
• Overcomes clinical and various objections of prospective candidates
• Emphasizes salable features, product value, and credit terms to convince and finalize sales contracts for qualified candidates
• Builds and maintains relationships with the customers
• Tracks stock levels of customers maintaining
• Coordinates customer’s ongoing training.
• Prepare reports of transactions.
• Enters new customers and current customers’ data into a CRM
• Performs any other related duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A four-year college degree (preferred and not required)
• Experience building business relationships
• Previous dental experiences are a plus.
• High level of motivation
