Amida Looking for Temporary Works Design Engineer at Manchester, Greater Manchester Full Time

The Temporary Works Design Engineer will have a strong technical background be able to work within a multi discipline environment. Preparing temporary works designs or undertaking design checks to design briefs. Based out of our clients Manchester office with hybrid working.

Day to Day

Preparing calculations for designs and design checks Produce design drawings, calculations and specifications for TW falsework and formwork Providing value engineering advice for tender proposals Completing technical assurance documents as required Ensuring that documents prepared for issue meet the requirements Working with clients to ensure their brief is being met and handling RFI’s and requests for change Meeting Health & Safety, budget and programme demands

Qualifications

Engineer with BEng or MEng in Civil/ Structural Engineering or equivalent
