Amica Mutual Insurance Company Hiring for Director of Web Marketing Solutions – Hybrid at Lincoln, RI Full Time

The Marketing & Communications team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Web Marketing Solutions to lead our team responsible for SEO, website user experience (UX), Adobe tagging, and Adobe AEM development. As the Director of Web Marketing Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving the overall web strategy of Amica.com pre-login, and ensuring the effectiveness and success of our online presence. You will lead a team of talented professionals and collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize our web properties, enhance user experience, drive organic traffic, and achieve our digital marketing objectives. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of three days a week in-person in the Lincoln, RI home office.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive web strategy in alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists, website UX experts, Adobe tagging analysts, and Adobe AEM developers.
• Oversee the planning and implementation of effective SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as media, creative, content, and design to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across all web properties.
• Drive website usability improvements through data-driven insights, testing/experimentation and user feedback analysis.
• Implement and manage Adobe tagging solutions to measure and track website performance, user behavior, and conversions.
• Provide guidance and support to Adobe AEM developers in the development and maintenance of websites, ensuring compliance with best practices, standards, and security protocols.
• Lead a personalization strategy for Amica.com pre-login, leveraging Adobe Target and third party data.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web strategy, SEO, UX, and digital marketing.
• Analyze website performance metrics and generate s to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and consultants as needed to augment the team’s capabilities and achieve strategic objectives.
• May be called upon to handle other duties as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in web strategy, SEO, website UX, Adobe tagging, and Adobe AEM development.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful web strategies, driving organic traffic growth, and improving website conversion rates.
• Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices, tools, and techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
• Strong understanding of website UX principles and methodologies, with a focus on creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Proficiency in Adobe tagging solutions, such as Adobe Analytics and Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, to measure and track website performance.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe AEM development, customization, and maintenance.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

The role is located in our Lincoln, RI office, and will be eligible for up to two work from home days per week.
