Assistant Structural Engineer – Warwickshire

Our clients are a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy providing Civil, Structural, Highway and Transportation Engineering services. Due to an increased workload, they are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Structural Engineer to join their Warwickshire office where you will be involved on a wide variety of projects across multiple sectors.

They are ideally looking for an ambitious Structural Engineer with circa 2-3 years’ experience to support their busy design team. You will be responsible for undertaking small design works for domestic clients and assisting on larger projects as part of the team.

Requirements:

– Circa 2-3 years’ experience

– Structural Engineering degree (1st Class or 2:1 Honours)

– Design skills in a wide range of materials including concrete, timber, masonry and steel

– Strong communication and report writing skills

– Analytical thinking with an eye for detail

– Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Tekla Tedds, SCIA and IDEA Statica

In Return:

– £27,000 – £32,000 salary DOE
