As part of the Recruitment Transformation initiative, we are growing a Marketing function to apply this expertise within the Colleague Experience Group (CEG).
Role Description:
Reporting to a Senior Recruitment Marketing Manager you will enable the timely execution of key recruitment marketing efforts to attract high-quality talent to join #TeamAmex. This includes understanding hiring goals, processes, challenges, and opportunities, as well as the target audience to enable the delivery of break-through marketing strategies. From there, you will leverage the newly refreshed Colleague Brand Strategy to develop targeted digital campaigns across channels such as social, search, and programmatic display.
You will focus on recruitment marketing for key in-demand talent segments such as Servicing and Sales; joining a team of creative minds who will support your growth. Together, we thrive on making data driven decisions and strategies to advance our marketing goals.
Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with the recruitment marketing team and communicate with external agencies to deliver marketing plans that help attract top, diverse talent globally.
Manage and keep project plans up to date, tracking the implementation and performance of key campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Contribute to the development of creative assets/copy and submit content for marketing reviews.
Create content plans to communicate the American Express colleague brand proposition for in-demand job functions such as Technology – with a focus on employee storytelling to bring authentic career experiences to life on key digital channels.
Invest time in truly understanding the hiring needs within key talent segments and researching how to best engage our target audiences.
Proactively identify competitor and industry trends to make recommendations that help increase candidate reach, engagement, and hiring results.
Engage cross-functional teams across Legal, Compliance, Brand and Public Affairs & Communication to ensure marketing activities align with American Express policies.
You will have a passion for marketing and lead with a growth mindset. You will also have outstanding relationship and project management skills, being able to help facilitate critical work to the finish line.
Qualifications:
Experience in marketing, digital advertising, communications.
Experience with digital marketing tools and practices and partnering with external agencies.
Experience with content creation for social media and/or other digital platforms (including good copy writing skills)
Strong analytical skills yet balanced with a creative mind.
Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills and can identify and drive team efficiencies.
Self-starter with a flexible, positive attitude, can prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Talent Acquisition. Employer Branding or Corporate Communications experience is a plus, as well as experience gained in complex, compliance heavy functions.
