You will be responsible for strategically executing the end-to-end hiring, while ensuring superior candidate and Hiring Leader experience. You will execute the recruiting process to acquire the best talent with speed and quality. You will be a talent champion who can actively stay connected to a robust pipeline, maintain long-term relationships, and energetically sell the role and the American Express brand.

Global Talent Acquisition is looking for an Experienced Recruiter or Inhouse Recruiter to join our fantastic team based from our Brighton office (Hybrid model), where you will be supporting our Volume/Class Hiring for Customer Service roles along with a variety of other External and Internal hiring for our offices based in Brighton. The Recruitment Talent Lead will be responsible for executing the end-to-end hiring process at AXP, while ensuring outstanding candidate and Hiring Leader experience. They will screen, assess, interview, and lead the offer process in order to acquire the best quality candidates with the greatest speed. The Recruitment Talent Lead will be a talent champion who can actively stay connected to an active pipeline of candidates, maintain long-term candidate relationships, and energetically sell the role and the American Express brand. Here’s just some of what you’ll do in this role:

• Lead and own screening, assessment, interview, and offer process activities for the regional/functional segment
• Enact broader GTA recruitment strategy to ensure delivery of qualified and diverse talent
• Managing the logistics of keyoltechnologies to improve efficiency and quality to accomplish the delivery plan
• Recommend and drive improvements to tha
• Keep abreast of new hiring practices and trends in the industry
• Screening applications with support from our Talent Sourcing team and our Recruitment coordinators.
• Offers and onboarding of new applications into American Express
• Previous 360 agency or In-house volume experience desired.
