Ameriquartz Hiring for Marketing Analyst at San Antonio, TX Full Time

General Summary and Purpose:

This position will be accountable for the Marketing activities at our Company location in San Antonio, TX. The Marketing Analyst role involves working with Management and Sales teams across the organization to support the development and implementation of the Company marketing strategy and actions & projects, aiming the achievement of the Sales targets, supporting the Company growth. The Marketing Analyst will to the Sales Manager.

Main Roles and responsibilities:

• To design and create marketing social advertising, including images & texts (copy).
• To create and edit videos and stories for social medias.
• To design and create general marketing advertising (whatsapp, invites for events, backdrops, direct-marketing & endomarketing, etc).
• Manage Ameriquartz social medias, including customers interactions.
• Develop and manage the strategy for digital marketing channels and social media, using Facebook ads & Google ads.
• marketing KPIs like, but not limited to, leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement.
• Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns.
• Prepare and update presentations regarding marketing activities as required.
• Work closely with sales team to identify opportunities for new client acquisition.
• Track email and SMS campaigns metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates) (desirable)
• General marketing matters as required by the Manager.

Requirements and qualifications:

• +2 Years of work experience in software design (photoshop or illustrator).
• +2 years of work experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role.
• Proactive and hands on profile
• Knowledge in Google Ads & Facebook Ads
• Basic understanding of SEM campaign strategies (desirable)
• Basic knowledge in Video editing tools for social medias.
• BSc in Marketing or related/relevant field
• Legally allowed to work in USA.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.50 – $25.00 per hour
