Job Brief

This is a hybrid role and requires on-site attendance a few days per week at our Newtown Square, PA location.

Responsibilities:

The Treasury Analyst Senior will provide financial analysis and operational, administrative and consulting support for the Treasury Department. This position will focus on executing, analyzing and improving cash flow, cash management and Treasury activities, processes and controls to contribute to maximizing investment income, minimizing banking-related expenses, and providing world class service to internal and external customers. In addition, this role serves as a key resource for strategic projects and implementation of new business, as well as the back-up for the department manager and other unit staff members. This position will also serve as liaison with Corporate Accounting to ensure delivery of data and reports required for financial close activities, and to other business partners who require support from the Cash Management Unit.

Under general supervision, responsible for providing financial analysis and operational, administrative and consulting support for the Cash Management Unit. Develops, implements and enhances cash management, treasury, and banking processes, systems and controls. Implements, maintains, and analyzes cash flow forecast for all lines of business. Supports the design, implementation and analysis of short-term and long-term investment options and strategy. Serves as key resource for strategic projects and implementation of new business. Conducts regular comprehensive review of bank services and associated fees. Coordinates completion and updating of necessary bank and internal documentation. Oversees operation and maintenance of Treasury workstation. Serves as liaison with Corporate Accounting to ensure delivery of data and reports required for financial close activities. Acts as back up for Manager, Treasury and also as back up for Treasury Analyst (cash management functions; rebate reconciliations; reconciliation of outgoing electronic funds transfers for all lines of business, in conjunction with reconciling daily cash position, etc.).

Education/ Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5 to 10 years experience in Accounting/Finance industry
• In depth experience in Cash Management and Treasury Operations strongly preferred or comparable Finance/Accounting experience; CTP designation a plus.
• Expert level Excel skills(Vlookups, index)
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to represent department in meetings and training.
• Ability to interact effectively with all associates.
• Excellent customer service, business partnering and communication skills.
