Position Details:

• 
  Location: Full-Time in the Jackson, MI Corporate Office
• 
  Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Overtime as needed)
• 
  Wage: Starting at $15.00 per hr.
• 
  After you have completed 6 months, there is a possibility of working from home one day a week.

Day to Day:

• Accurate and timely data entry
• Document management, problem resolution, customer administrative issue resolution
• Providing support over the phone and email for customers and employees
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Excellent attendance record
• Recent Accounts Receivable experience
• Accounting software knowledge (QuickBooks, Peachtree, NetSuite, etc.)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic, integrity, and values
