Responsibilities

• Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategy
• Direct, manage, and motivate two recruiters, and together, deliver a consistent and quality recruiting experience for candidates
• Lead the talent acquisition team in acting as internal consultants to hiring managers and providing guidance throughout the recruiting process
• Build and rollout various talent acquisition programs to hire from target and strategic talent pools
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for multiple corporate, clinic and surgery center positions
• Maximize use of applicant tracking system and other recruiting and marketing tools
• Establish clear performance metrics and ing to evaluate success and impact of initiatives
• Revamp interview guides and pre-screen questionnaires
• Design, plan and execute employer branding activities and manage career websites to ensure current and engaging information
• Manage third party vendor relationships associated with the talent acquisition department
• Stay up-to-date on innovative recruiting trends and practices
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or other applicable field preferred
• 3+ years of Corporate Talent Acquisition leadership experience with direct people management
• Knowledge of related business issues, trends and best practices as it relates to talent acquisition
• Excellent technical skills; in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking technology (iCIMS strongly preferred) and general Microsoft applications;

familiarity with best practices in social networking; ability to leverage technology to attract candidates and drive effective and efficient operations.

• Strong customer-service orientation, ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and desire to deliver end to end solutions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Phenomenal attitude for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• Position may require occasional travel
