American Training, a Human Services company, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture team! We are looking for someone who is friendly, enthusiastic, and who can make a positive impact in supporting our unique WOW! Magic Culture. In this role, you’ll help us to hire Colleagues eexceptional customer service to over 350 amazing Colleagues throughout the organization while supporting our mission of Bringing Out the Best in Everyone We Touch, Because Every Life Matters.

Description:

• Develops, facilities, and maintains all phases of recruitment process.
• Actively recruits through partnerships with local colleges, high schools, as well as participating in job fairs to build candidate pool.
• Manages ads/postings internally and externally, updates job descriptions and works with HR Team and marketing to promote American Training
• Screens applications, selects qualified candidates, and assists with interview process.
• Partner with HR team to ensure a WOW! Magic onboarding experience for all new Colleagues.

Requirements:

• At least three years’ experience working as a recruiter. Human Services field is a plus.
• Effective communications verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
