Call Center

• A high school diploma or have earned your GED
• At least one year of customer service / sales work experience
• Familiarity with Windows computers

36per hour for this role. Theres also the opportunity to make up to $3,000 of a given monthly target incentive.

As Business Customer Service Specialist, youll identify sales opportunities and offer customized solutions to customers. Success in this role will require a motivated, competitive mindset as youll consistently work to meet sales quotas and services objectives.

Youll need to exhibit calm under pressure and be persuasive and sales driven. With each inbound call, youll work to cultivate a positive customer relationship;

utilizing proven sales and saves techniques to maintain customer loyalty and sell products. You may interact with frustrated customers and be tasked with lowering their resistance and even saving customers that are calling to disconnect their services.

You may also be required to :

• Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after hours inquiries and pre-paid service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer impacting issues such as but not limited to : voice & data issues that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements, considering network conditions, connectivity, devices, applications, provisioning and billing.
• Assist customers with products and services such as but not limited to laptop connect services including air cards, USB devices, initial set-up, configuration of AT&T provided software & applications.

Proactively engage T3 support (network and IT) to address & resolve issues.

Remain proficient in all billing, rate plan and feature matters.

We prefer that you have :

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service / sales work experience
• Familiarity with Windows computers
• An ability to deliver regular and reliable attendance from Monday Friday (no weekends)
