We are looking for a competitive inside sales representative that thrives in a high energy environment. Must be able to communicate effectively and consistently via the phone. The inside sales representative plays a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisitions and revenue growth objectives. The ideal candidate must be comfortable using the phone to connect with prospective buyers, generate interest, qualify those prospects and close sales.

Requirements:

• Learn the ARI proprietary methods for successful phone sales
• Work hard, be open to coaching and feedback and above all, bring a positive attitude to the daily work environment.
• Be able and willing to adopt our sales methodology to your personal style
• Inside sales experience welcome but not necessary
• Desire to meet or exceed sales goals personally and for the company
• Strong phone presence
• Auto parts knowledge not required
• Retail/service front of house experience a plus
