This recruiting position will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for executive and staff level positions.

This company has over 80 locations throughout 5 states.

This corporate headquarters position provides an excellent opportunity for advancement, working near the C-Suite.

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) Required and Preferred Experience:

• BS/BA in Business Administration or equivalent degree is a must.
• 3 to 5 years of corporate recruiting experience or executive search or agency experience is a must.

• Has strong knowledge of Human Resource policy and procedures, as well as employment laws.

• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. ADP experience is helpful.

Salary Range: $50k-$55k plus additional performance-based incentive bonus program on the horizon!
