Details for our Operations Manager Position :

• Job Type : Full-time with a first-year salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000, depending on your experience.
• Supervisory Role : Take the lead in supervising our administrative and customer service team.
• Work Schedule : Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule, with limited Saturdays during our peak season.

Our Operations Manager Responsibilities :

As our Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes. Key responsibilities include :

• Hiring, training, and supervising admin and customer service team members.
• Managing vendor invoices and vendor files.
• Overseeing service orders and contracts.
• Reviewing customer payments and invoicing.
