We are looking for an experienced Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator with top-notch communication and organizational skills to join our railcar fleet operations team. You will work in a fast-paced, team-based environment where you will use your exceptional communication and organizational skills to prioritize customer inquiries and develop new strategies for strengthening relationships with our key commercial clients.

We welcome applicants with diverse academic backgrounds, including Business, Logistics, or any closely related field. The ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment is a must, as is proficiency in programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, OneNote, and Teams. The role requires the ability to manage priorities and work independently, so being detail-oriented is a key trait for success. Knowledge of logistics and transportation industry concepts and practices is also preferred.

As the Logistics Coordinator, you will manage various aspects of order processing, from the initial client inquiry to timely delivery by scheduling workforce resources. You will also need to locate optimal shipping paths through on-chain coordination of tandem work shift routing to improve overall productivity. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing your daily tasks and complying with operational guidelines to avoid any issues with compliance boards and internal management engines.
