Responsibility Overview:

• The Sales Development Representative will identify and research lists of companies to target, network, develop email and telephone campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
• Responsible for driving revenue growth and working with location management to ensure profitability. Ability to cultivate a mature network of referrals, including referrals from past partnerships, throughout their perspective territory (may cover multiple locations).
• Professionally drive a sense of urgency in accounts to increase purchasing decision timeline.
• Delivering sales overview presentations of the product
• Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and the Sales team
• Keep detailed records in the CRM. Use Salesforce, MS Office and other systems and tools to effectively manage sales pipeline.
• Provide regular feedback to corporate management regarding sales activity and success in market development.
• Experience selling to C-level executives.

What You Bring To Be Successful:

• Previous sales development experience is strongly preferred.
• Healthcare sales experience is a plus, strongly preferred. Healthcare sales, service experience with book of business/call contacts including physicians, hospital systems, medical centers, etc.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation varies based on position and responsibilities, starting from Base plus Bonus to Base plus Commission structure.

$25-35.00 per hour DOE plus approved bonus or commission
