We are looking for a Sourcing Recruiter to join our diverse Talent Acquisition team in an exciting face-paced and growing company. Ideal individual is highly motivated, self-starter who is passionate about our mission, vision, and values.
As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will:
- This position consists of high volume on the phone. Previous phone experience in a call center or customer service centered environment ideal.
- Actively prospect/source candidates with high-volume outreach via cold calls, email, LinkedIn and on-site or virtual meetings to build a pipeline of customers to sell FTL, Intermodal and other logistics services
- Experience sourcing on Indeed and various job boards and social networks
- Identify new opportunities to recruit candidates for general production roles
- Partnering with Recruiters with recruiting events and Plant Operations to support staffing needs.
- Partnering with marketing team on social media recruitment to optimize candidate attraction and engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service with strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications (Required):
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship (now or in the future).
- 1 year prior recruiting experience required.
- Must be able to travel (25%).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Prior recruiting experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with iCIMS applicant tracking system.
- Bilingual skills a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Highly motivated, self-starter.
- Proven track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent.
- Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (moving and dispositioning candidates).
- Ability to perform duties with minimal direction, work independently or function as an integral part of the team.
