• This position consists of high volume on the phone. Previous phone experience in a call center or customer service centered environment ideal.
• Actively prospect/source candidates with high-volume outreach via cold calls, email, LinkedIn and on-site or virtual meetings to build a pipeline of customers to sell FTL, Intermodal and other logistics services
• Experience sourcing on Indeed and various job boards and social networks
• Identify new opportunities to recruit candidates for general production roles
• Partnering with Recruiters with recruiting events and Plant Operations to support staffing needs.
• Partnering with marketing team on social media recruitment to optimize candidate attraction and engagement.
• Provide exceptional customer service with strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship (now or in the future).
• 1 year prior recruiting experience required.
• Must be able to travel (25%).

• Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Prior recruiting experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with iCIMS applicant tracking system.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

• Highly motivated, self-starter.
• Proven track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent.
• Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (moving and dispositioning candidates).
• Ability to perform duties with minimal direction, work independently or function as an integral part of the team.
