American Food & Vending/American Dining Creations Hiring for Accounting Finance Manager Job at Liverpool, NY Full Time

The Accounting Manager will direct the Regional Accounting Specialist group who supports the managers and staff for American Food & Vending’s operations. With over 1500 employees in 24 states and multiple lines of business, the Accounting Manager will work with the Team and other members of the accounting and finance department to analyze data, review accounts on a timely basis and provide information to the Controller and CFO.
Job Responsibilities:

• Direct, supervise and mentor the Regional Accounting Specialists group. Coach to improve subordinate performance through measurements, development, and training.
• Provide direct support to managers and staff in the field
• Assist with month end closing and reconciliation processes
• Maintain financial data integrity through the timely review and inputting of operational information received.
• Analyze current and past financial data and performance.
• Assure appropriate internal controls are maintained and adhered to.
• Prepare reports and projections based on analyzed data.
• Identify trends in financial performance and provide recomendations for improvement.
• Interact and support all levels of the organization to accomplish the company’s goals, including field and senior management.

Requirements: Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• 7+ years financial experience. Previous work history in the hospitality field, retail or manufacturing is preferred.
• Staff management and Support with multiple teams or departments
• Strong analytical and process management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, growth environment.
• High level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related financial programs.
