Compensation Maximum:$109,200

Summary:

Talent Acquisition focuses on sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing and recommendations of external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs, including entry level, experienced professional/technical, IT, support staff and hourly, and management.

This role supports Enterprise Claims.
Strongly prefer candidates who have experience with full cycle recruiting as well as innovative sourcing experience.

Job Description:

Level Summary

• Requires working knowledge and experience in own job discipline and broadens capabilities
• Continues to build knowledge of the company, processes and customers
• Performs a range of assignments related to job discipline
• Uses prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing solutions
• Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction

Primary Accountabilities

• Conduct full-lifecycle recruitment process (solutioning, hunting, gathering, meeting, offer/negotiation) for entry to mid-level positions
• Develop proactive strategies to research and identify talent pools and recruiting channels to attract candidates
• Coordinate with talent onboarding teams to close and finalize new hire recruitment
• Consult with and manage candidate / client / business team negotiations throughout the recruitment process
• Develop strong relationships with associations, academic institutions and interest groups to support a robust experienced hire talent pipeline
• Develop a program of activities targeted at attracting talent, including recruiting presentations, recruiting events, sponsorships, and other special events
• Represent American Family at recruiting events and through other special projects

Preferred Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing or a related field
• Success planning & executing large-scale recruiting events and interview days

Travel Requirements

• For campus recruiting, travel could be up to 75% of the time during peak season.
• For non-campus, this position requires travel up to 25% of the time.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
• Proven full lifecycle recruiting experience or high-volume recruiting experience
• Ability to handle internal client management, be consultative with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
