ABOUT THE ROLE

The main purpose of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is:

• Aid in the recruitment of top talent through Talent Acquisition team support, recruitment marketing and company branding, and dedication to creating an exceptional candidate experience. Create, and uphold, the highest level of internal and external guest service always by functioning as a single point of contact and ensuring the timely flow of the full cycle recruiting process.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Owns the high-volume interview and orientation scheduling process
• Creates and maintains accurate job postings in applicant tracking system and other sites as requested by recruiters
• Extends offers of employment to suitable candidates as directed by the recruiters
• Ensures all pre-hire tasks in applicant tracking system are completed prior to the candidate’s orientation date
• Handles all day-to-day correspondence for the Talent Acquisition office including rejection e-mails, adverse decision letters, and positive drug test letters
• Supports Talent Acquisition mass hiring events including inviting candidates to attend, checking them in, room setup and breakdown, and providing general assistance to the team as needed
• Answers questions from applicants by phone, in person, or by e-mail in a professional and courteous manner
• Develops strong working relationships with internal partners and hiring managers
• Assists the Talent Acquisition team in streamlining processes and eliminating redundancies
• Keeps office clean and professional, ensuring the overall safety of the immediate work area as well as surrounding areas
• Regular, reliable and consistent attendance
• Additional duties as assigned

WHO YOU ARE

• College degree with emphasis in Human Resources preferred
• Ability to be flexible, pivot, and handle simultaneous moving parts with a sense of urgency
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player with a solution-based mindset
• Knowledge of employment law preferred
• Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ADP RM and/or Apploi ATS are all a plus
• Flexible availability which may include some evenings, weekends, and holidays
