Position Information

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Annual Salary: $70,000/year

Hours: 7am-4pm, M-F
(Additional hours and weekend days may be needed to work based on the business needs of the company)

Location: Bellevue, WA

Who You Are

To be considered for this position, you will…

• Have at least 4+ years of experience in full-cycle Recruiting.
• Experience in recruiting for various industries and with a high volume of interviews is preferred.
• Experience recruiting for property management, sales and/or customer service focused roles is a plus!
• Be able to read, speak, write and understand English
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS is preferred.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, each day will be a little different and bring learning opportunities. On a daily basis, you can expect to…

• Assist with recruiting, including conducting Zoom interviews.
• Inform job applicants of their acceptance or rejection of employment.
• Creating a warm and welcoming environment to all candidates and actively demonstrate the ACG culture and values.
• Actively use LinkedIn to build relationships with potential candidates and encourage passive and active job seekers to apply.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and the department heads.
• Learn to navigate the ATS system and post jobs.
