American Blanket Company Hiring for Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Fall River, MA Full Time

We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Coordinator in our Fall River, Massachusetts location. The role requires strong organization & communication skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail. The right person has the ability to work independently, has excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with customers and co-workers to successfully drive projects to completion.

Duties Include:

• Coordinating weekly Digital Advertising content and help plan yearly promotional calendar
• Coordinate with Design team to Drive/Create B2C and B2B marketing materials
• Online/Phone Customer Experience support
• Assist to maintain/keep content up-to-date on website(s)
• Send samples to vendors/customers
• Interact with manufacturing team to support new product development & solve customer issues
• Mailers & eblasts: develop content, and coordinate with designer to create Direct Mail and weekly Email Blasts.
• Retail Store: help to keep store clean in well stocked, and help customers as needed.
• Press releases: develop content, distribution plan for appropriate publications
• Photo Shoot preparation and organization.
• Answer phones, maintain office equipment, order supplies, and other general office duties
• Flexibility to support various daily tasks that meet the needs of customers and the office team.

Required Skills/Attributes:

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the Company
• Interest in home goods fashion industry
• Strong skill set in MS office suite, ability to learn new web-based programs quickly. Experience with Range Me, Channel Advisor, Volusion, Shopify and Klavio a big plus or other similar programs.
• Strong team player with excellent listening and communication skills
• Motivated self-starter who can successfully work within a project/customer driven environment
• Professional demeanor with the ability to be flexible and creative, possessing the ability to maintain a positive outlook, can-do attitude, and enthusiasm about our products and business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour
