JOB PURPOSE :

The Trauma Healing enterprise works with a vast network of global partners to help the Church address the effects of trauma and loss through an integration of Biblical and mental health principles.

The Trauma Healing Digital Ecosystem Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing THI’s entire digital ecosystem.

These responsibilities include ensuring that the Trauma Healing Institute digital ecosystem is current and effective, maintaining the quality and integrity of data, and ensuring that content and resources are up to date and accessible.

The Digital Ecosystem Manager will assist the Senior Manager, THI’s Technology Vendor on digital ecosystem and mobile app development.

Essential Functions :

• Execute responsibilities for digital ecosystem and app development work alongside THI’s technology vendor
• Collaborate with THI’s technology vendor to manage product backlog to prioritize development work, support, and maintenance tasks for the entire digital ecosystem
• Manage analytics platforms for web and app performance
• Conduct routine audits of the database to ensure data is accurate, complete, and clean
• Conduct routine audits of the website to ensure that content is up-to-date, links are working, and functionality is intact
• Update material and library resources on the website as needed
• Work to resolve major bugs or service outages in the digital ecosystem through THI’s technology vendor or Technology Solutions
• Respond to customer help-tickets that are received through SupportBee ticketing system related to the database and / or website, helping users resolve issues and ensuring that technical bugs are resolved through THI’s technology vendor
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager and THI’s technology vendor to identify requirements for updates and / or new development features for the entire ecosystem
• Pull data from the database and generate s for ABS stakeholders as needed
• Execute in accordance with Trauma Healing strategy, schedule, and budget
• Perform special tasks and other job related duties as assigned

Essential Skills :

• Passion for the Bible cause and its ability to impact lives
• Belief in the mission of American Bible Society and its core values
• Professional experience in working with databases and information
• Complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certificate preferred, not required
• Proficiency with Web applications like Google Docs and Google sheets, collaboration tools like Slack, and general knowledge of mobile applications
• Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service mindset with an orientation to managing information and data from multiple sources
• Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential communications
• Ability to work well with people, facilitating collaboration, communication and cooperation
• Self-motivated, attentive to detail, well organized with excellent communications skills
• Service-oriented with a desire for excellence
• Strong ability to work efficiently, be solutions-oriented, and anticipate needs
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities
• Competency and flexibility to complete special projects as assigned

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

Education and Training :

• 3 years of experience in a similar function
• Bachelor’s degree, or commensurate work experience
