We’re seeking an Assistant Bookkeeper with the ability to work independently to maintain the integrity of our financial records and financial ing. The Assistant Bookkeeper will be required to manage schedules, prioritize workload and oversee invoicing. We’ll need someone with experience using a variety of accounting software, effective communication skills and the ability to deal with confidential information.

Responsibilities:

• Use word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Office equipment and machines.
• Organize data.
• Copy and distribute documents.
• Track finances.
• Calculate and record financial information.
• Communicate with other staff through phone, email, and face-to-face conversations.
• Present information to clients, executives, and shareholders in written and verbal form.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Oxnard, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
