Job Description
Position Overview :
This position s to the Director of Compensation & Benefits and works closely with the Director of Talent & Development.
The position will work to maintain and improve ing and analytics across the HR function and will serve as the system administrator for the HRIS system.
As the HRIS system admin, the role will represent Amcor Rigid Packaging as a member of the Amcor global HR system team. This position will create and manage ing and analysis to support talent reviews, business and growth initiatives, and Human Resources key performance indicators (KPIs).
Essential Responsibilities and Duties :
For each of the priority areas, this role has various levels of involvement in / responsibility for : data collection, ing, analysis, measurement, scheduling, tracking, logistics planning and various other actions that enable successful accomplishment.
