Job Description

Position Overview :

This position s to the Director of Compensation & Benefits and works closely with the Director of Talent & Development.

The position will work to maintain and improve ing and analytics across the HR function and will serve as the system administrator for the HRIS system.

As the HRIS system admin, the role will represent Amcor Rigid Packaging as a member of the Amcor global HR system team. This position will create and manage ing and analysis to support talent reviews, business and growth initiatives, and Human Resources key performance indicators (KPIs).

Essential Responsibilities and Duties :

For each of the priority areas, this role has various levels of involvement in / responsibility for : data collection, ing, analysis, measurement, scheduling, tracking, logistics planning and various other actions that enable successful accomplishment.

• Serve as a valued business partner to the HR team to identify opportunities for improvement; analyze data and create metrics to provide HR leaders with information to drive decision-making
• Proactive in building positive relationships among team members and other functions with which the team interacts.
• Ability to express thoughts and findings clearly and succinctly (both written and orally); tailors communications for different audiences;

listens well and effectively contributes to discussions; makes technical points understandable.

ing & Analytics / Continuous Improvement / Process Excellence

• Data management and analysis to produce s on Talent Summary, HR initiatives and KPIs.
• Administer HR Key Metrics Dashboard ing using Workday, SuccessFactors and / or Power BI
• Compile information from multiple systems and manual sources to on key metrics (month-end ing, headcount, turnover, etc.)
• Provide Learning Management System, Talent Acquisition, and other s, as needed.
• BU Specific ing – Centralized & standardize s across business units.
• EEO-1, Vets 100, and Affirmative Action ing
• Create standardized work instructions and other materials to support HR data processes.

Systems Administration & Data Management :

• System Administration for the Workday & SuccessFactors Talent Management System and Learning Management System and for Office 365 LMS
• Enterprise-wide collaboration regarding cross system improvements, alignment, and ing
• Global level analytics – support cross system ing

Performance Management :

• Manage annual Goal Set, Mid-year Review, Annual Performance Review launch process.
• Individual Development Plans (IDP) form launch and follow up ing.
• Support to Incentive Plan administration

Engagement / Survey :

• Bi-Annual and Semi-Annual Pulse Survey planning, data file set up, quality control check, and execution.
• Feedback ing, action planning, and progress follow up

Learning & Development :

• Support to L&D Manager in administration of learning management system and course offerings
• Full spectrum L&D support (assessment, design, development, implementation, evaluation)

Qualifications :

• Education : bachelor’s degree, (Computer Science, IT, Business, Human Resources, or related field)
• Strong Excel skills and experience developing complex s and dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis and ing
• Strong business analytics skills experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and transforming data into insights.
• Strong customer service focus
• Strong work ethic with ability to leverage others and work in a cross functional environment.
• Self-initiative and commitment to excellence
• Experience with dimensional data modeling, database design, and data visualization (preferred)
• Experience in Learning and Development and Talent analysis and ing (preferred)
• Workday / HRIS experience and transition from one HRIS to another (preferred)
