We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis.
The role
As a member of the Recruitment team, you will report to the HR Manager and will be engaged in many areas of HR and recruitment-related activities which include but are not limited to:
Screening and Interviewing candidates for various roles within the company
Managing the recruitment system to ensure that applications are managed appropriately and efficiently
Liaising with department managers about recruitment requirements
Working alongside the training department to schedule inductions for new starters
Ensuring personnel files are kept up to date and compliant in line with company and CQC requirements https://www.cqc.org.uk/
DBS checks
Referencing checks
Provide effective admin support to the management team
Note taking in investigation and disciplinary hearings
Providing regular Recruitment statistics/reports to the HR Manager
The person
Strong understanding of recruiting procedures
Excellent communicator
Organisational skills
Capable of working independently
You’ll be required to present information in tables and spreadsheets, therefore proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential.
Previous experience in a recruiter/HR administration role is a requirement of the role
COVID-19 Double Vaccinated is a requirement of the role
Location: Remote working and some office-based working depending on business requirements.
Hours of work: Part-time 09:30am – 14:30pm (25 hours per week)
Salary: £10.00 Per hour. 5.6 weeks annual leave inclusive of bank holidays
