We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.

As a member of the Recruitment team, you will report to the HR and Recruitment Manager and will be engaged in the lifecycle of recruitment from screening suitable candidates to onboarding and supporting the training team to deliver inductions.

Role Requirements :
Excellent communicator verbally and written skills

Very good with IT systems including Microsoft office, teams’ word, excel, SharePoint

Promptly engage with new candidates via Jazz HR (recruitment system), screen capabilities and select candidates to attend interviews which you will arrange with station managers

Organise Inductions with the training team and support the induction process on day one

Complete reference, DBS, right to work and DVLA checks

Accurately Input candidate data onto HR systems

Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to work alone or as part of a wider team

Whilst previous experience is desirable it is not essential as full training will be given for this position

Location: Remote working and some onsite working depending on business requirements.

Hours of work: Part-time 9:30am – 2:30pm (25 hours per week)

Salary: £10.00 Per hour. 5.6 weeks annual leave inclusive of bank holidays
